PERILS has today released the final industry loss estimate for extratropical windstorm “Nadia”, also known as “Malik”. The storm affected Scotland, Northern Europe and Germany from 29 to 30 January 2022.
Due to the modest loss level of the event (below the loss capturing threshold for European windstorms of EUR 500m), loss resurveys were only made for Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
