The fourth and final PERILS loss report for windstorm Tini, also known as Darwin, which affected Ireland and the United Kingdom on 12 and 13 February 2014, is now available.
PERILS' final property market loss estimate for Tini is EUR 286m. This compares to the third loss estimate of EUR 281m which was issued on 12 August 2014.
This final loss estimate is again available in full resolution, i.e. by CRESTA zone and by the property sub-lines Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural.
